A friend suggested Fix-It when I needed some work done on my laptop. I am so glad they did, not only were they efficient, but also explained what I needed to know in terms I could understand! I found their service was prompt and at a reasonable price, what more can I ask for.
Found Fix-It on WOMOW and chose to go with them as they offered me a better price than another business I'd inquired at. I was happy with the service, there was lots of communication and my computer now runs fine, despite the incovenience of having to get Windows re-installed, but that was unavoidable.
Approximate cost: $200
Tasks: Computer servicing, maintenance and most recently upgrading all equipment and data transfers.
Perfomance: Excellent, Luke has been able to respond to our computer "crisis's" in a very timely, affordable and professional manner. I have been a customer for aprroximately 2 years and often refer my friends and customers to Fixit Mobile computer services.
Luke is a polite and courteous person who handles the specific tasks as a priority and to the best of his ability. He has been of great help in getting us out of trouble with our computing issues. Would recommend him at any time. He is prompt and realises how our computers are of great importance to the day to day management of this business.
Few weeks ago, my computer was broken down and my work can't without computer, so I was really worried about it and called Luke ask for help. Luke came in a very short notice and straightway set up a temporary PC for me to use until he delivered my new PC that solved lots of problem and saved lots of time for me. During that period I experienced his high work ethics and wide knowledge about computer, plus he listens to your problems and knows exactly what he was doing. His after service is also better than other person, he will keep in touch with you until you running everything smoothly. I will recommend Luke to anyone need computer service
HAS A COMPUTER MALFUNCTION DURING PAYROLL PROCESSING HAD TO PROCESS THE FILE TO THE BANK BEFORE 6.00PM CALLED LUKE FROM FIXITMOBILE COMPUTER SERVICES AND HE RESPONDED TO MY CALL ALMOST IMMEDIATELY AS HE WAS WITH ANOTHER CLIENT. WITHIN 15 MINUTES LUKE SORTED OUT THE PROBLEM AND HAD THE SYSTEM UP AND RUNNING WELL BEFOR THE PROCESSING CUTOFF TIME. PAYROLL COMPLETED STAFF WERE PAID ON TIME EVERYONE WAS HAPPY AFTER THE EXPERIENCE. THANKS FOR THE TIMELY ATTENTION LUKE YOU'RE A LIFESAVER WHEN IT COMES TO COMPUTER SERVICES.
had some general speed issues with my PC and was not sure what was happening, took it to these guys and they where great. well priced, fast and offered great support after i received my PC back. would happily recommend these guys!!
