We moved from NSW, so had no idea of the property market legislation applicable to Victoria, to make matters even more exciting, the realestate agent we were dealing with was being ... difficult.
The team at Fisher Conveyancing were able to negotiate with the agent, our finance broker, the vendor's agent & appease my mental breakdown to achieve a 21day property settlement.
The reviews speak volumes about this team, I would not have any hesitations in referring business, knowing they would be well looked after. If we move again (dear god, please no), we will be utilising their services again.
