Easy Way Moves effectively lie about having insurance. They damaged my belongings when moving them, and 6 weeks later I still can’t get hold of anyone to actually talk about an insurance claim. 12 attempts now - phone, email, and SMS. All I ever get is “Alice will contact you” but she has not after 6 weeks. They are guilty of false advertising. Use them if you are happy to be lied to and screwed over. Otherwise avoid like the plague.
Terrrible service no show and no call to let us know they were not coming.
