The service I received was awesome. That service was hourly rate one so I had been worried about whether 2 men work as quickly as I want them to do. But there was nothing to worry about. Even though my removal was the third time of the day for them, they worked very hard with sensible cares such as never drawing furniture on the floor and always watch out at every corner not to chip walls.
Not only their work on the day was good but also customer service dealt with by sales persons was good. They gave me a booking confirmation via email. Most of booking process was done through email.

The guys from Fragile Removals and Storage were great. They were careful of walls and furniture and really to care of everything for us. They packed like demons! We were just sorry we couldn't fit the pot plants in.

from rural Victoria to Western Australia.
All aspects of the process from communication, keeping us updated, assisting with documentation and the hands on picking up and transportation of furniture have been exemplary.
All our items arrived safely and intact thanks to the professional detailed care with packing.
The team that picked up and delivered the furniture/goods respectively at each end of the job were a delight to deal with also.

Moved from Melbourne to Perth and the staff were amazing. My furniture etc, was packed and unpacked with care and attention to detail. Upon arrival the delivery staff were patient as I worked out how to fit everything in a small garage. Highly recommend!

The entire process was smooth. All the bulky items were wrapped carefully in moving blankets and extreme care was taken at both locations when moving items in and out of the building. No damage to any of the items. And very professional service both in Sydney and the final destination in Bunbury. I highly recommend their service. Will definitely be using them in the future.

I used Fragile Removals for a move to Perth from Melbourne and then a move from Perth returning to Melbourne plus a few months of storage. I was very happy with the teams they sent to handle my things and the respect I was given to make me happy with the workers moving my things. Both moves were done with great professionalism and ease of communication between myself and the teams. Getting things organised to schedule was also very easy and pleasant. The teams on the ground, in the office and at the storage facility are all lovely and I highly recommend using this company. Their prices are also the best I found after extensive research. An interstate move is no small thing and I felt secure with this company every step of the way.

They did an excellent job with getting all our boxes in their truck. And they even wrapped up our mattress which I didn't expect.

Fairly priced, came early and put took care of all my stuff. Nothing broke and I was able to settle into my new home easily thanks to their help:)

Easy to deal with. Arrived at scheduled time for pickup and dropoff. Staff were efficient at both locations and furniture was transported without any damage. Note we packed our own boxes, only furniture was packed and unpacked by the experts. Transported from W.A. to Vic faster than estimated so that was nice given the rain disruptions to transport. Gladly recommend them to anyone wanting a removal company.

I have used Fragile Removals twice now, once to move my piano from Perth to regional Victoria (which went smoothly) and most recently to move all our belongings from Victoria back to Perth. Overall we are happy with our experience - could not speak more highly of the 2 removalists we dealt with in Sale, Vic, they were very professional and careful. The two in Perth required more training as they had obviously not moved a piano before and caused some minor damage to the doorway. We were also missing one box. However, customer service was excellent in rectifying both of these issues promptly. Thank you Fragile Removals!

It’s rare that you want to write an amazing review for a removal company however I have nothing but positive experiences to share. From the moment I contacted the company everyone I have dealt with has been friendly, honest and hard working. Jherome was so helpful in making sure I quoted everything correctly , Brandon was amazing ensuring everything went smoothly once it left Perth, the uplift crew were so courteous friendly and polite and went above and beyond making sure everything was wrapped well and finally Mark and his crew on the Tweed Heads end were so patient given the difficult access and I never felt like we were a burden. Can’t recommend this company enough for short or long haul Moves.

The level of care and professionalism by both pick up and delivery teams was exceptional for my move from a Melbourne storage unit to my new home in Perth. Each and every item was recorded and carefully wrapped so I felt confident my belongings would arrive free from damage. From my initial quote to delivery I can’t fault the customer service received from Fragile’s administration team and multicultural teams doing the hard packing and unpacking work. Thank you for relieving me of some of the stress levels for the move, and your after service follow up is much appreciated.

From the first contact to get a quote to the two boys working there buts off in stifling heat I couldn't be more happy with the team at Fragile Removals and storage! Although I don't plan to move anytime soon if I did I would definitely use these guys again.
