Thank you for your Feedback Roderick even though it seems you are not happy with our service. You have not contacted our office that we can see and have not recently had a booking that we can find with your name. So it is a little hard to comment on your actual case. Just as a note though RACQ do not do safety certificates. Also, most customers like us to try and help them solve their car issues and hence there is nothing we see as wrong providing a solution. We are also a mobile company and you mention shop so that also has us confused. We have thousands of five-star reviews and many returning customers. I am sorry you don't feel that way however if you ever wish to discuss our office is happy to do so.
