Just excellent. Andrew came promptly, arrived when he said he would, and gave me very good advice. I'd just moved in and had a dreadful shower head with taps I could barely move. He replaced the shower head and taps, cleaned up after himself and was a complete pleasure all around.

We needed a plumber urgently to attend to leaking toilet problem. Andrew arrived on time and repaired the toilet within reasonable timeframe . Andrew 's fee was reasonable and he was also easy to talk to and he provided me with lots of great advice regarding bathroom renovation. I recommend Andrew as he is efficient , clean, and does not overcharge , as other plumbers do.

Andrew has completed several jobs at our place over the past couple of years including installation of new downpipes and repairs to an old toilet cistern. Andrew came to change the mixer tap in our kitchen. He arrived on time as promised and was good at explaining what was required. He changed the tap over in an efficient manner and left the kitchen sink clean and tidy. We also got him to look at a few other issues, which he was able to offer an opinion. I would highly recommend Andrew if you are ever in need of a plumber.

Andrew is the best plumber I've come across - knowledgeable, hard-working, thorough, professional, explains what's going on. I thought I had a blocked toilet, which turned out to be a blocked main drain, which for some reason South East Water didn't have on their official plans. Andrew unblocked the drain and sorted everything out with South East Water afterwards, so I didn't need to deal with them on the phone (or explain to South East Water the situation, which I wouldn't have been able to, given my very limited knowledge of the terminology). Very reasonable cost as well, and gives a 10% WOMO discount. Definitely would recommend him to anyone!

Worked on a leaking shower that had previously caused me problems. Leaking one bucket of water a day. Andrew came out of hours and charged at normal day rate which I immensely appreciated. Also changed the washers in all tap ware. The project took 2.5 hours and price charged was very reasonable. Andrew went out of his way to accommodate me in his schedule. Andrew fixed a broken copper pipe behind our tiled shower. Located the pipe under the house and cut out the broken piece and replaced with a new piece. Came as promised and I was happy with the service and advice. Thanks Andrew.

Fix broken pipe.

Found Andrew on WOMO and got him to fix the broken pipe. The pipe was in a difficult position to get to and weld. I was very impressed with the well thought out result. Andrew is very professional, pleasant to deal with and excellent value . I highly recommend Andrew.

Hubbie arrived home one evening to a "massive" gas bill. Checked all appliances and the found our hot water service overflow down side of our house was continually running hot waterGot on to WOMO and read really great reviews here about Andrew and as he was local I left msg (after hours) on his mobile. He got back to us almost straight away. Although he was already working the next day he said he would come to us in the afternoon and would call us to confim. He called a couple of times to update us and actually arrived home before we did!We were so impressed with work ethic and would highly recommend him. I wish he was an electrician as well!!

I phoned Andrew after my toilet started "bubbling" when I was having a shower. Andrew came the same day and then fixed the issue the next day with some specialised equipment. A polite, punctual, tidy and skilled plumber who doesn't charge like a wounded bull. Andrew fitted a mixer tap after the company that took the original tap out on warranty said they couldn't fit it. He also fixed a downpipe in the courtyard. All under an hour. Great to know I now have a plumber I can trust in the local area. He also gives a 10% discount to WOMO members. Excellent.
