Made an enquire given they are highly rated and advertise no call out fee, only to be told that it would cost $399 just to see what the problem was. That sounds a lot like a very expensive call-out fee.

The booking and quotation process was very good. The technician came in time, was competent and did the job well.

Technician was prompt, polite, professional - sorted the problem quickly and efficiently - explained everything he did.

Amazing service! My new Miele washing machine broke over the Easter weekend. Miele said they could not come to fix it for 3 weeks.
So I called complete electrical service and they were in my home fixing my machine that day! Unbelievable service, I can’t thank them enough for their help. My machine is working perfectly again.

Polite and efficient. Work was carried out on a device under warranty, and the only issue was waiting for a replacement part to be provided by the manufacturer. Complete Electrical did their part efficiently.
