Isaac and an assistant (sorry, name slipped my mind) came to assess a potential repair job on a split system AC. The guys arrived on time, assessment was quick and communication about options explained clearly. They were friendly and respectful of the space, and Isaac was happy to answer a few unrelated queries and provide the benefit of his experience. Entirely positive experience.

Climate Plus. Allow me to tell you how good these guys are. When I started this adventure I contacted several companies with questions and looking for quotes. Some didn't reply; some called and we did the quote over the phone, Climate Plus sent a plumber and an electrician to my place for an inspection. We talked through the issues which included partly shaded north roof and location to install battery. They listened to what I had to say, we worked together to explore solutions. They wrote quotes for a couple of options, I added some extras, which they were very happy to accommodate. I signed on the dotted line. Come installation day a team a great young blokes turned up. Good people; polite, friendly, answered all my questions snd explained the work as it progressed. They worked diligently for three days - two hot days (Temps 34C) with the final day much cooler. Quality of their work is excellent. Quality of the equipment they installed is equally good. I have every confidence in their after sales support, not that I have needed it yet.
Now I am off the east coast gas and electricity saga and it's great to be making my own electrons.

Kale from Clinate plus arrived on time and quickly serviced our air cooler, he came down and quoted for works and parts that needed to be done and once approved did the work quickly and efficiently. He explained everything well.

Isaac was polite and professional when he arrived and was able to replace the dead control circuit board, plus identifying that the heat exchanger was leaking. Job done in under an hour.
The office was able to get us an appointment in 2 days when the booking system only offered us in 7 days.

Because they provide prompt service and I have used them for a number of years without any problems.

Isaac was polite, explained exactly what he was going to do and informed me of the time he thought the job would take. The work was completed quicker than he expected. He took with him the parts he needed to remove and all the rubbish. On completion of the work, he offered to move back furniture that had been moved to give him more room to work.
