Hi Climate Plus, I wanted to pass on my thanks for the professional service Brandon F provided when servicing our reverse cycle air conditioning unit. His manner was very polite and he appears to be very thorough.

Will provided a fantastic service. He was on time, thorough and exceedingly professional. When he found a fault he took the time to talk us through all the options. Wouldn’t hesitate to use Will again.

Steve was punctual, courteous and extremely efficient. Both my (elderly) ducted gas system and my heat pump
were thoroughly checked and the total price was, I think, reasonable. I have used Climate Plus for many years and have never been disappointed.

I called for quote, but Steve said if quote accepted, he could install Hot Water Heater within the hour. I accepted and work was completed. Now have better hot water flowing through our house.

Will S from Climate+ serviced my Brivis gas heating system today and I could not be happier with the result. Even though the service cost more than I had been quoted, Will very clearly communicated with me details of issues I was not aware of and gave me three pricing options. I wish all tradespeople were as courteous and up-front with whatever unexpected issues they find.

Isaac and Truman were excellent from the moment they introduced themselves to the time they left. Isaac and an assistant (sorry, name slipped my mind) came to assess a potential repair job on a split system AC. The guys arrived on time, assessment was quick and communication about options explained clearly. They were friendly and respectful of the space, and Isaac was happy to answer a few unrelated queries and provide the benefit of his experience. Entirely positive experience.

Jack was very informative and had very personable service, I would happily have him again as my technician.
