They showed great customer service and did all I asked of them as well as offering me a term deposit that was of great benefit to me. I would gladly go back there.
FROM THE FIRST DAY THAT I HAVE BEEN WITH A BANK I HAVE BEEN WITH THE Commonwealth Bank AND I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY PROBS WITHE THEM AND RIGHT NOW I ONLY HAVE 150 IN MY BANK HOW COOLS THAT?

Customer service was very fast and efficient, although sometimes the queue would be quite long. Overall the experience was satisfying and would continue to use this bank.
