Very friendly staff definitely one of the best sushi places out there, with a wide variety of both hand rolls and dishes. Price is reasonable and very fast and efficient service even during peak times with both walk in take away and dine ins.

Very modern and inviting restaurant atmosphere. Hot Pot is great with lots of varieties. Waiters were very friendly and helpful and overall a wonderful experience.

Occasional visit for coffee with friends, overall decent coffee, quite nicely presented, price is a tad higher but considering location, it's okay. Would go there to try some of there dishes soon.

Dined here many times, have to say considering the amount of Asian Restaurants around the area, this place has very good food and great atmosphere during the evening. Overall a great place to dine in Springvale

After changing from Yum Cha to incorporating single Asian Dishes like your usual restaurant, thought maybe it was good to give it a go. Food, was not that great considering such a big place food was quite ordinary. Service was appalling, waiters who could not speak Vietnamese at a Vietnamese Restaurant? Impatient and unfriendly.

Wide range of lollies and sweets available, with a unique style of mix and match purchasing. Coffee is also available to have there with you sweets. Very nice and cosy place that has just opened

The Pizza Haven store is under new management I believe, with a different name, hope it's better because quite frankly they weren't doing a very good job especially taking the name of Pizza Haven which is quite nice in other suburbs. Springvale Pizza Haven, had scarce toppings and pizzas looked quite dull.

Wonderful range of cakes and breads with a different and unique range to choose from. Price is quite reasonable although maybe a little bit dearer than others. Service is fast and efficient allowing less queues.

Okay in terms of purchasing usual green veggies and Asian products, however sometimes the "yelling" used to advertise can get quite annoying especially if it's right next to your ear. With all due to respect for advertising low prices however there is also a certain point where it gets too annoying.
