Fake company that don't pay their cleaners. Stay away from this company.

Unprofessional, unreliable and zero care factor. Would not recommend. Booked a vacate clean with them and they didn't turn up or contact us, my husband had to chase them and then they stopped answering his calls. When I spoke to them they refused to rectify the situation to any acceptable degree and couldn't tell me why they didn't turn up. Absolutely useless - save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere, where your business will be valued.

They canceled wrong house, didn't turn up when meant to. Didn't do everything asked for then put the price up . Still marks on walls and cobwebs, left lights and fans turned on.

I booked Cleaning Force to come and clean after the holidays. My house was a mess! vindya came in and did a wonderful job, she was extremely thorough and paid attention to the smaller details. I have tried several cleaning companies in the Unley Park area, searching for "the one". Cleaning Force is by far the best value for service.

I came back to my favorite maid service after some tenants moved out. Once again, the service was perfect, and the unit is like new.

I highly recommend it. Personally, I am surprised by the polarizing reviews. They are 2 for 2 in my books!

Recently finished my first clean with this agency, who sent the wonderful Diana to my home.

Since I moved to Perth, I've had several poor experiences with Housework Heroes and Magicmaid, and their staff.

Cleaning Force provided me with the first home cleaning experience that I have been absolutely impressed with and am sure that I will stick with for the foreseeable future, unless something very drastically changes.

Even though my apartment has some quirks (weird garbage situation, two incredibly curious/playful cats, pet hair...), and Diana and I encountered a slight language barrier, Diana left my apartment absolutely spotless, devoid of pet hair, and beautifully organised. She brought her own vacuum and supplies, and was so courteous to me throughout her visit.

I can't wait to have Diana back! Thank you so much, Cleaning Force!

This is the worst cleaning company I have ever dealt with. DO NOT USE. end of lease clean was not done to standard even after a re-visit (mind you organising that revisit took over a week and multiple calls and emails to get done) and a full re-clean was deducted from my bond. They ignore emails and calls in hopes you will stop asking for your money back. they do not have bond back guarantee. I am still trying to get my refund out of these guys. DO NOT USE.

I called for an estimate and as soon as I met Rebecca (owner) I knew I made the right choice. I had my first Top to Bottom clean ever and couldn’t believe how amazing those hard working cleaners made my house sparkle. How thorough are they? I've been prepping my bathroom for painting this past week and had used wall filler to cover up a few holes (and I was a little messy with it). The cleaner removed the excess filler from the wall. Seriously, who does that??? My place is now sparkling, but I particularly found that extra touch in the bathroom to be taking cleaning to the next level. I will certainly be using Cleaning Force for all my cleaning needs going forward.

I've tried a TON of different apartment cleaners and these guys have been the best by far.

I found cleaning force on google, read some reviews (especially the 1 star reviews and the way they were responded to), used the discount code, and went to their site.

The booking process took like 5 minutes. I signed up for bi-weekly service. The cleaner arrived on time, stayed 15 minutes longer than estimated to make sure I was happy. She was great and polite. The apartment is SPOTLESS. She even cleaned to top of my dish soap bottle tops!

After she left, I received an email from the cleaning force team about making this person my regular cleaner. Hopefully this level of service continues!

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! I engaged Cleaning Force to do an exit clean of my townhouse as they offer 100% bond back guarantee for 7 days and paid just under $400. The first clean they did was so bad - no marks on the walls were wiped, balcony wasn’t cleaned at all, inside of all kitchen cupboards missed, wardrobe tracks not cleaned or windowsills. After asking them to return they did further cleaning. The property manager then sent through a report of items that needed additional cleaning (5 days after original clean) they advised that as they had returned once, they wouldn’t go again unless they were paid again. They NEVER advised me of this or included it in any correspondence. After I raised this with them, they simply decided to ignore my emails and voice messages leaving me to finish the cleaning myself. This is not what a 100% bond back guarantee is and was a complete of money and my time.

didn't arrive at all, after calling numerous times they came over for 90mins and missed basically every essential item (oven etc) even though thats what they say they will clean. we had to re clean most of them ourselves and then pay another company for a full clean before it was acceptable to have bond released.
we have asked for refund but they have been ignoring us.

be careful with these people, might be good for a general clean, but end of lease i wouldn't bother with these people.

Got them to clean my son's house which included carpet cleaning.
Told them 3 bedrooms, lounge and inclosed Patio had carpet. 5 rooms.
Carpet guy turned up and said he was told 4 rooms.
I said I am sure it was 5 I had said.
I got charged extra $44 as they were telling me on phone only quoted 4 rooms.
Looked at my quote it says carpet cleaning $170 for 3 bedrooms,lounge and Patio.
Tried talking to them today about it she just was not interested in what I was saying.
Ended conversation with will get back to u.
Have not heard anything and no response to my e-mail.
Can I say don't pay till job is done . They ask for money before they start.
Not happy.

I was very pleased with Sam's respectful, understanding and caring attitude when he steams cleaned carpets in my house. Carpet stains were mostly removed and the carpets looked new and fresh. I highly recommend cleaning force services. Also, the prices were very reasonable and intake call staff was polite and professional.

I was looking to have our oven clean, and luckily I contacted cleaning force and in turn, I happen to meet Mr. Mike from cleaning force. Amazing service and immaculate customer and social skills, this is what I can describe Mike. It was a pleasure to meet him and the amount of knowledge he imparted was tremendous. Price was the same that was promised, rather Mike gave me a quote before starting. Totally a new thing for me and he made it so easy. Would love to recommend him. People like Mike are an asset to the organization and I hope and pray for the very best for him and for his company.

BEWARE BEWARE
The company does not perform to a standard acceptable to real estate rental agents, does not listen to clients, does not offer a refund when they get it wrong and in my view just don't care.
We contracted Cleaning Force to clean a 4x2 empty house as a Vacate Clean - to standards acceptable to rental agents. Cost $528.
What we got was a house that failed the agent's exit property inspection - after a supposed 8 hours of cleaning.
That can happen - rogue operator etc - however my issue is not so much the poor cleaning standard. It is all about the way the complaint was mishandled.
After receiving the agent report we immediately forwarded the detail to the person we were communicating with for the clean - by email, voice mail and SMS. Requested immediate contact to meet on site and discuss the issues.
ALL attempts to contact were ignored.
Rang again next morning to again try to meet on site. Finally got someone to answer their phone at 9:00am. She promised it would be referred to manager. Got nothing. As this was a time sensitive issue advised by Phone message & SMS that in absence of them responding or attending cleaning would commence at 10:00am. Got nothing. Started re-clean at 10:30am. My time, my effort.
At 1:30pm called again and finally reached initial contact person who denied any knowledge of discussion with staff member and THEN offered a re-clean - showing they do not listen. Advised I wanted a full refund and an answer by close of business that day as the Re-clean was now done - by me. Promised it would go to "the manager" - unnamed and unavailable to me.
Got an email during the afternoon, not from the manager, advising they do not do refunds but would do a re-clean - still not listening.
Again, wrote providing full details of issues, photos of filthy cleaning rags from my Re-Clean. Requested refund in 24 hours. Got another refusal to refund. Advised we would write review and take further action to recover. Ignored totally.
BEWARE - do not get ripped off. Make sure you spend the time identifying FULL extent of any cleaning and then spend more of your time checking the quality of their work. Don't get caught - hold payment until AFTER agent report or you are TOTALLY SATISFIED.
It is ALWAYS easier to satisfy a disgruntled client than it is to miss out on business because of poor Word of Mouth.
