Shopped here multiple times in the past, staff are good and knowledgeable but it does always seem a little rushed to get you onto the next customer as they are always very buys, but that is to be expected with the great prices they offer!
Good customer service with knowledgable advice. Have had return items that have either been faulty or not suitable and have never had any issues. Their prices used to be the cheapest in Melbourne but have slowly started to rise over the last year to the point where CPL or MSY will always be cheaper (but both CPL and MSY's service sucks). I wouldn't hesitate in sending a non-tech savvy friend or relative to Centrecom.
Sold me a cheap Chinese power adapter for Lap Top, lasted 2 days. When returned for refund he would not refund the full amount paid. Poor level of service from staff. They can understand English only when they want to

Hi Markl14, In the future, you might wish to consider lodging a complaint with Consumer Affairs, as this (in most instances) will see favourable results. Unfortunately, there are far too many businesses whose actions are not in line with current Fair Trade legislation, which is not good enough. Speaking up for oneself encourages them to act responsibly (and lawful) and often makes things easier for future customers. Thank goodness for WOMO! Regards, Reeces
I bought the parts for a complete computer from them plus a monitor. They could match MSY's price and the service and support was excellent. A welcome change from CPL and MSY. Like the other review here, I found too they know what they are talking about. Will buy from them again.
Great computer shop for parts and service. Quick staff who know what they are talking about. Layout is good and parking is also not too bad. Have a good range of products on stock at all times.
