Good customer service with knowledgable advice. Have had return items that have either been faulty or not suitable and have never had any issues. Their prices used to be the cheapest in Melbourne but have slowly started to rise over the last year to the point where CPL or MSY will always be cheaper (but both CPL and MSY's service sucks). I wouldn't hesitate in sending a non-tech savvy friend or relative to Centrecom.
Be very careful - some of the items are only carton damaged which is fine as the items are in otherwise perfect "shop" condition but some of the "factory seconds" are substantially scratched or dented and not light scratches as you are led to believe. The biggest problem is the "ex-demo" units which in our case was a high-end coffee machine that was covered in dried milk & coffee grinds (and smelled disgusting) but was also obviously faulty. Admittedly, the shop was helpful and replaced the unit straight away but it did take opening several boxes before we found a unit that was not either substantially marked or dirty. Just make sure you check the condition of the item in the carton before you bring it home - for us, the 70klm round trip to replace the coffee machine made any saving we made redundant.
