Awesome Company, both my father and i will only take our cars to carfixers, because they know exactly what needs to be done, offer great prices and they have it done on time every time. also, the mechanics are very well mannered.
I’ve downgraded this business’ star rating to 1 (zero if there was an option). We’ve been loyal customers up until now when I had to return my car for brake pads that wore out after 17 months of use, see Google review. Instead of thinking customer loyalty and some form of compensation, the owner turned defensive and blamed everybody else except himself. We're very disappointed. I called RACQ to get some insight about brake pad use and am glad I did as I even got a list of reputable mechanics in my area. Next time, I will not just shop around, but will ask the experts first for advice.

Carfixers responded to John's complaint as reasonably as possible however we could not give him the free fix he was asking for. Carfixers originally replaced both front and rear brake pads and rotors in September 2016. When our mechanic recently inspected the vehicle the rear brakes were still good. The front pads were worn out and the rotors were damaged so could not be machined. It is unfortunate the car wasn't brought back to us before the rotors were damaged. The life of a brake pad is determined by many variables. This can be confirmed by manufacturers and by RACQ as well.
Our experience with Carfixers, (for the last 10 years) has always been 100% satisfied. This includes the service from everyone. Always friendly and very efficient. They are very honest and we would love to recommend them to everyone needing work done on their car.

Excellent customer service. Andrew was open and honest, kept me in the loop with the issues and repairs to my SS. Worked around my work and family commitments to ensure I wasn't left stuck getting the kids to and from school. Was polite and just a straight forward, easy going bloke who knows what he's talking about. Thanks mate!
