We recently purchased a skylight from Brisbane Skylights. I’m over 80 and I felt very comfortable with every process. I was advised of the installation date and 2 days before the installing tradesman was to arrive I was given his approximate time of arrival. He arrived on time, spread a sheet over my floor and cabinets and was most polite. Not only is the product all it was promised to be, the staff were most professional. I would totally recommend this firm to all.

I would like to commend Brisbane Skylights' Installer, Liam who returned today to 'touch-up' spray paint the surround of our second skylight which was a replacement for an older skylight, of slightly greater diameter. He went the extra mile, also painting another spot on the ceiling, which we had not noticed, and checking above it on the roof near our other newly installed skylight and removing some debris. We are very happy with our two new skylights and the service of Brisbane Skylights. The office staff have also been very helpful. Thankyou from a happy customer. Lyn Hall

We recently had 2 skylights added to our hallway & oh boy what a difference, I just wish I had of had them installed 2 years ago.

Loving my new solar tube skylight. It’s almost like I’ve turned a fluro light on and forgotten to turn it off. Not the cheapest product but you get what you pay for. Brisbane Skylights have now done my SolarStar ventilation system and Solartube skylight and I’m extremely happy with both. Very professional. May just get another skylight when the budget permits.

Had skylight fitted to brighten up kitchen area. From the visit of their Rep, to the call to advise installation date and the installation, everything was done with the utmost of pleasure. No pressure was used to push us to a specific item. The technician who fitted was excellent completing the job in good time. We are very happy with the outcome.

They quoted and installed in a timely and professional manor. The replaced an old skylight that never gave us mush light in our kitchen area. Once the solutube was installed it was like turning night to day. We no longer have to turn the lights on to work in the kitchen during the day. We had a solutube that was over 25 years old near our bathroom. It still worked but the dome was getting brittle and was marked up from a hail storm they were able to replace that as well. Couldn't be happier and would recommend them to anyone who wants to bring light into their home without turning on a light during the day. The light coming through at night is like having a night light in those areas....not too bright but able to see where you are going.

The purchase and installation of our new skylight was easy and professional at all stages from a visit to the showroom to on site quote and subsequent installation. Sound advice on which product and quantity is most suitable for our application. Very happy with the outcome.

From the onset this company was both professional and efficient with great knowledge and explanation of the products. I found dealing with the staff easy as I communicated via email after the initial quote from John, right up until the day my skylight was installed by a couple of friendly professional guys.
