Do not deal with these people. It took three weeks to tell me they could not fix my stereo and then kept my deposit, for a quote I never received. I paid $55.00 for nothing. Stay away.

Very slow and was always having to chase them. Took almost 3 wks just to get a quote and had to ring to get this. Was told it would take about 4 wks to repair and over 6 wks later I had to ring again only to be told it can't be repaired. Then it took about 2 wks and multiple phone calls to get the refund on the part that could not be delivered! Overall prices seem reasonable but another TV repair place that I rang for a second opinion was able to tell me that my part was unavailable within 2 days! Will never ever go to these guys again.

I'm not a technically savvy person, and usually abhor shopping for electronic products that require a manual! lol. However, staff at AVDigitech were extremely helpful and patient with my many questions (and ignorance!) and I actually came away understanding the products we purchased. I bought a new home theatre system and had it installed by David Griffin from the store. David was very thorough and talked me through everything I needed to know. Two weeks after purchase I phoned the store with a query and lovely lady on reception remembered me from when I'd been in the store, asking after my young son who had been admitted to hospital for a minor procedure the week before! I was amazed she'd even remembered his name and that little extra bit of caring is the sort of thing that makes all the difference to me when dealiing with any business. The products we purchased were Bose, and they aren't cheap. However I felt my money was very well spent and is an investment in the quality time I value so much with my family. I feel confident that staff at AVDigitech will competently deal with any future issues I may have with our new home theatre, and it's nice to know if I do need to call them for advice or service, there's a friendly voice on the other end of the phone. These seem to be people who genuinely enjoy interacting with customers and are passionate about their products and service.
