Adam and his team did the plumbing for my bathroom renovation recently. It ended up being a long and difficult job through no fault of theirs. Not only did they do an excellent job, but they were also very supportive and considerate of me in a tough situation. They went the extra mile to make things work for me and explain things clearly. It was really easy and convenient to deal with Adam and his team. We were able to schedule a time that suited me (early in the morning before I left for work, and the plumber arrived exactly when he said he would. The work was explained as it was done, and was completed quickly. Adam was able to give me a quote for the work beforehand, so there were no surprise costs encountered either.

By far the best plumbing services company I have ever dealt with. They deliver everything you want from your tradesperson - punctual, polite, professional with a "can do attitude" and great attention to detail, not to mention they are also very reasonably priced.

We would definitely use ARG again. ARG provided an accurate and reasonable quote over the phone for our small plumbing issue (replacing a part in a toilet cistern). He arrived right on time, only an hour after I called, and fixed the problem quickly. As sometimes happens, with random leaks, the issue reoccured the next day after working fine for a while, but he came back and fixed it with a very quick readjustment for no extra charge (and it was a Sunday). The whole experience was really positive: all of the communication we had was clear, friendly and professional and our dogs even got some much-appreciated pats in the process!

I saw existing positive reviews and called ARG Services to repair my leaking hot water system. Since we were without hot water until the leak was fixed, I was delighted when Adam said that he could arrive within 30 minutes... and he did.

The small job was quickly sorted and all is well. Thanks Adam for being so prompt and looking after us.

Adam of ARG Services was courteous, clear and efficient with minor bathroom update/upgrade. He provided good advice and there were no surprises with invoice as per quote. A minor problem with the job (caused by odd building plumbing rather than poor work) was promptly fixed. I would absolutely use ARG again and would not hesitate to recommend.

Adam treated my small job, reconnecting a gas cooktop, with all the care and attention I'm sure he would give to a larger job. He turned up on time and did a great job. A pleasure to do business with him, I would definitely recommend ARG Services to anyone looking for great customer service.

I am very happy with the recent complete renovation of my bathroom- a total makeup that has really made a positive difference to my life both aesthetically and functionally.

Adam was in charge of both the plumbing and the organization of the overall project liaising with the electrician (Darren Bell) and tilier (Frank Cavallo). The project was a challenging job in many ways. For example the removal of the tiles, done by Stu Adam's apprentice, was very difficult and time intensive due to the nature of the material securing the tiles to the walls.

The design of the bathroom and the advice given by Adam's partner Jenefer Macleod was invaluable -saving much time/money as well as providing an integrated and aesthetically pleasing look.

Adam also identified and fixed faulty work done by a previous plumber that fed hot instead of cold water into both my washing machine and dishwasher.

In the end all the problems were solved and a terrific end result was accomplished thanks to Adam and 'team'.

Adam has re installed our confidence in having trade work carried out in our home, he is respectful, knowledgeable, efficient and pleasant. We required dishwasher plumbing installed in a tight spot and the job was complete within the hour with no mess. We trust Adam when he says that we can call him should we have any problems. Adam showed up when he said he would (and even called when he was 10 minutes late due to traffic!) to help out with a fairly stinky sewage issue we had. Our drains/pipes starting bubbling unexpectedly and even overflowing in one area. Adam quickly identified the problem/blockage, explained everything as he moved through the process and went about fixing it. He required additional equipment to get the job done properly and went away, got it and came back the same day to finish the job, even though it was dinnertime. I was super-impressed with his efficiency, customer service and pricing. Highly recommended.

Having been referred to ARG, I spoke with Adam explaining that I needed assistance with my hot water system as it was leaking and not heating up properly. He was able to give me a quote straight away and fit me in first thing the next morning.

Hot water service needed attention and Adam took good care of it. He explained the problem clearly and gave me advice on options. He was friendly and efficient.
