Do not expect any support for product originally purchased overseas. Not able to repair a 2 year old iphone 12 because it was a US model. I was told it was not covered by australian consumer protection and also not covered by USA consumer protection. Buyer beware!
On Tuesday 19th July 2022 I got a iMac 24" M1 2021 as a replacement for my iMac 21.5" 2019 since they came and took it on Friday night since the wireless wasn't working so they couldn't fix it.
Love spending money here!!! Everything is expensive, but really good.

I have had multiple issues with my phones over the year. Regardless of the actual manufacturing issues I have to commend apple on their customer service which is always excellent.
I dropped my iphone 5 , Telstra quoted me over 900 as I had to continue paying for my broken phone and the new one they offered me. I eventually went to Apple they were very nice, still cost me over $200.00 but compared to the Telstra service and cost , heaps better. PS don't drop your iphone 5 !!
Handy to know that Apple charge a lot less than Telstra! thanks for sharing, lets hope I do not need to replace my smart phone!

Went to the westfield store - very out of my comfort zone - with my iPhone which had died after getting caught in a hail storm last Wednesday. The staff were friendly and kind to me!! The phone was unrepairable, but they offer greatly reduced cost replacement phone, which is better than I thought. I was disappointed when the phone was ruined relatively easily (it is not as thought I dropped it in water), but the service was very good!

Very impressive outfit. Super busy but they manage it pretty well. The staff are very knowledgeable and patient. Only downside is that even if you have an appointment ahead of the day, you can still end up having to wait a while.
There are always staff to help you, they are quick to make appointments and to assist with any issues. My friend's phone was broken and they just gave him a new one. :)

my query was answered and sorted with genuine regards for my interest ant for the help I needed. if you need help with your ipod or iphone this is the place to go. they do everything onsite with no sending you product away

i found the service and quality of expertise of the staff at this store to be of the best. i had a problem with my iphone and they fixed within the time they set and it was as good as new

There are a great range of Apple computers, iphones, ipads and ipods to try out before making your decision to buy. The staff are friendly although the place is always very busy.
