Order online from MLN frequently, emails get answered in 24 hours, while there is no phone support for online orders, you dont need it, as you can jsut log into your account and track your order anyway. As with all online ordering, if you place your order correctly, you shouldnt have any probllems, I like the fact that they are fast and if and when there is a problem it gets resolved (not that I have ever had more than one)
