Apex Conveyancing

I was expecting to pay off only around $24,000 at settlement inclusive of stamp duty but more than $28,000 was taken put of my bank. Apex Conveyancing has not given me settlement documents, breakdown of what i paid for altho they said they would, and she is not answering any of my messages nor calls and it has been 2 months after settlement..
