Excellent . I’ve used Steve on a number of occasions and each time he does great work and is very reliable and charged less than other quotes I received. He also is very knowledgeable and has provided security tips. I will continue to call on him whenever I need a locksmith .

Steve responded very promptly to my late-afternoon call and returned the next day to finalise replacement of my lock and adjusting of another lock. I also appreciated Steve's courtesy call to let me know he'd been delayed and would arrive later than first planned. I was very impressed with the excellent service at a very reasonable price and Steve's professionalism and pleasant manner.

Called them in emergency. They got here in 20mins outside business hours, fixed our main door lock and two other problematic ones, gave us a fee upgrade, clean,ex the work site, were polite and professional. Locked my self out of my house in the early hours of the morning. Active Locksmiths where in site very fast and delivered a great service for a reasonable price.

I highly recommend Active Locksmith service because Steve contacted me only moments after I submitted my request on line via hipages. He told me he will arrive in 20 minutes and also quoted less than a service I had to ring twice to secure the job, (whom predicted they will reach me 3 hours!).
I was met by a very professional and friendly man; Steve arrived just as he promised he would in approx 20 min after he called. I was able to re-enter my home after only 8 minutes or so. There were three locks to negotiate, one of which was installed up-side down and this still proved no problem, no mess, no delay.
After accidentally locking myself out of my home on Christmas Day I contacted a co the R.E Agency recommended who quoted $195.00 and would not come to me until after 5pm and I called at 09:30am! With no where else to stay until someone would help me get into my home and then being told I had to pay $160.00 for someone to come to me in a further three hours time, I was relieved to pay $150.00 for the service Steve/Active Locksmiths provided me with.
Being the day after Boxing Day I was even more relieved when he arrived so promptly and charged an acceptable amount.
I was also able to safely pay right on the spot, no extra fees by using my bank card and a receipt emailed and text to me immediately.
Needs met, no time wasted, friendly and professional service!

Needed couple deadbolts fitted, unjam a lock and rekey a few locks. I called about 4 places all from womo with very high ratings but Steve was by far the best quote, flexible and provided the right solutions over the phone. On site, he was very particular of the quality of his work, really nice person, did extra work but stayed true to his original quote. Overall awesome!

We did not have keys for our sliding door. Steve explained that it could be rekeyed without replacing entire lock. He quoted the price as well as discount for finding him through his newspaper ad and he accepted credit card. He finished the work quickly and there were no issues with new key. He also called ahead to let me know he would be a bit late. That is a rare thing!
