Called them in emergency. They got here in 20mins outside business hours, fixed our main door lock and two other problematic ones, gave us a fee upgrade, clean,ex the work site, were polite and professional. Happy to pay the reasonable price for such a high quality and professional service. Highly recommended. We'll never call anyone else for lock issues. Thanks Steve, from Deb and Ian in East St Kilda
