any problem they were able too solve or did there best too resolve it i was not treated liked a dummy and treated like a customer and explained everything and it wasnt too expensive either
I was having trouble with my netbook and found these guys via the Yellow Pages. Conway was friendly, and when I described the problem to him, he knew immediately what was wrong, and how he was going to fix it. Unlike most people, he didn't give me an unrealistic completion date, but, rather, one that he knew he could stick to.
I found the experience to be pleasant rather than painful, and he explained his work, rather than treat me like an idiot.
