I have been seeing Max Connelly and A Grade Tax in general now for number of years alway found him to be honest and really valued his advice on tax issues I continued seeing Max about our recent business venture and again appreciated his sound advice and look forward to continuing on with A Grade tax

After being a client of A Grade Tax since 1988 we were told this year that he would no longer do our returns. No prior consultation or explanation as to the reason. So much for customer loyalty. I'm left to guess the reason. Is it because I complained about the excessive cost of compiling our returns last year, which our new tax accountant discovered were incorrectly compiled.
If you want customer service and loyalty look elsewhere.

Max has been completing my PAYG tax return for three years and his attention to detail is impressive. He is polite, not intrusive into personal life details other than what relates to taxation. The practice is very efficient; sending reminder letters that the returns are due, reminder phone calls to confirm appointment. Punctuality of sending returns to the tax office. With a previous tax agent, I had to continually call to see if the return had been lodged - not so with Max. I found Max's office by chance, desperate to find a reliable accountant in the local area and now would not go anywhere else. 100% Satisfaction and would recommend to everyone.
