I've been working with John for over a year and the experience couldn't have been better. 3. Made the acquisition as seamless as possible

4. Post settlement, for the following 3 years, provided regular data driven updates on my investment property and home loan health checks.

5. Most recently, advised that the suburbs growth rate had peaked and it was time to sell and take my capital gain to invest elsewhere.

6. At no cost to me, provided a vendors advocacy service where they assisted in the sale of the property to maximise value and achieve a result in the 24/25 financial year to help mitigate CGT.

We have been John’s client for over 17 years. John is an experienced mortgage broker who guided us through our first home purchase in 2008, giving us personalised advice so we could make the best decisions for our lifestyle.

Four years later, we were ready to purchase our first investment property and again, John guided us with his personalised mortgage broker service ensuring we secured the perfect property for our budget. A short two years later, we sold this property and the profits enabled us to knockdown and rebuild our home. We utilised John’s services to help us refinance for the rebuild and at the same time, we also purchased our second investment property.
