I like this butcher, the staff are friendly and they have a huge range of quality meat products. I always purchase one of their salamis and their snaggs are a must. Always a must stop when in Mclaren Vale.
We were feeling peckish and wanted something to hold us over and as the location was convenient as we were shopping in Foodland, we decided to try a pie, I cannot say it was great, infact about average and not the pipping hot pie I was craving. The staff were pleasant and they had many great food items on offer, I just made the wrong decision with my pie.
Not impressed at all, thought it might have improved since my last visit, but apparently not! I blame my girlfriend for this visit, I tried to persuade her to go elsewhere but she was determined to give them another try. Nothing tasted authentic, the food was bland and portions were small, also, not the friendliest staff.
Very friendly staff, fabulous location and delicious fresh food and drinks. This isn't a cafe it is a small van/truck serving coffee, thickshakes, hot chocolate, pancakes and so much more. My girlfriend and I recently enjoyed their thickshakes and pancakes with cream and very sweet delicious strawberries. I can see us frequently popping in whenever in Victor.
After spending the day in Victor, we were just about to leave when we decided to pick up a donut pack from these guys. It was quite busy, had to wait about 10 minutes, but we knew it was worth the wait as we had enjoyed their donuts on many occasions. We opted for a mixed pack of 6 and fortunately they made it home without us eating any on the way, it was tempting as their donuts really are fabulous.
WOW! Now this is what I call something special, extremely different from any other barber i have encountered. It is a pleasure waiting your turn here as they have a pool table, tv showing whatever sport is happening at the time and complimentary cold drinks in the fridge. What a fabulous relaxing atmosphere, this is what I call a man cave. Also the guys are friendly and certainly know how to cut hair, yes it is a little more expensive but well worth it. Cost was around $35.
I tried the southern fried chicken burger and it did not disappoint! Was great with a side of crispy and fluffy fries and of course jalapeno poppers - which is always a must. My girlfriend cannot handle them, a bit to spicy for her. My meals here are always mouthwatering, no complaints, definitely a burger joint to try.
It is hard for me to pass through Aberfoyle Park without stopping for one of their burgers, I love them, as do my friends. Definitely a taste sensation, a must try. Service is quick and prices are great. Make sure you try their chilli fries aswell, yum.
My girlfriends' family wanted a 'real' christmas tree this year so I told them about Tanamera as my family purchase one over year. Well, we managed to find a reasonable one, certainly was slim pickings, we left it a bit late. Everyone seems to know about this place now, so if you are still looking for one you better hurry, not many left.
Can't say he is the friendliest person, can be a bit rude but he does have a fantastic range of vinyls. His prices are reasonable, I have purchased quite a few rare ones for my collection.
