I took my laptop in to Laptop Kings because my headphone jack was stuck in the outlet. Frank was a champion and managed to get it out on the SPOT, free of charge. You don't find service like that many places anymore. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

I dropped off my laptop & 24 hours later all issues were fixed. I'm not a computer nerd but Tim explained what he does & most importantly that he charged a fixed fee regardless how long it takes & if he was unable to fix there would be no charge. Some other quotes I received..
