They delivered an item for free, unasked, when I couldn't pick it up due to Covid restrictions - what great community spirit.

I've been using John for years. This time he completely replaced my old switchboard, installed dimmers, LEDs, some security lights and rewired an airconditioner. Great friendly bloke who always turns up or rings if hes running late.
