I purchased DHY18KSEM-PD Hyundai Diesel 22kVA Standby Single Phase 1500RPM from You
Via Internet of 24 Perrin Place Salisbury QLD 4107 Australia
Does not do what the salesperson & Specifications said & I the consumer asked for.
It is NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE
It STILL has the Starting Issues turning over cranking at least 8-10 times before it try's to
FIRE
its an 18kw generator & it MAXED out shutting down under load at 12kw 54 Amps 220V
It Should output minimum 72Amps @16KW
It was NOT load tested to its requirement
You Still Fail to address all the issues as at 10Dec2024
I understand that under the Australian Consumer Law, when I buy products and services they
come with automatic guarantees that they will work and do what I asked for.
I have all emails, communications & reports of all issues with this generator Documented
including your Incorrect Load testing certificate indicating it was NOT fully load tested or Set
up Correctly
It still has NOT received a Visit from your Technical person as stated by Michael Thompson
on 26Nov2024 & you appear to continue to ignore Me as your company reps have since the
issue arose
I formally request a FULL refund to my account ASAP
Including Freight & collection of the Generator at your
Expense
This is currently being handled by CBOS & ACCC
again

I dont recomend this business to Even My Enemies
I ordered & paid for in stock goods from the website inc the Freight Quoted
as they did not have 1 item in stock as ADVERTISED They decided that they wanted to increase the Freight they Quoted by $600 dollars to cover additional costs & I said no
They offered replacement units from a different supplier then expected me toPay the extra Retail Price difference & extra shipping
They also removed the items from the website

Then told me the order was being cancelled & a refund would be done

These people FAIL to have correct Stock lists & expect you to ware the consiquences

Aust Law has Penalties for Missrepresentation & FALSE Advertising
BE AWARE When its Not convenient for THEM
Not the best prices & need to Pick up their game in not so good times
Handy Imports just Lost a Commercial customer for Good

MISLEADING & UNRELIABLE
Refunded & expect me to ware the fee for it
