My husband received some shorts for Christmas that were too big, but they came with an exchange card from his mum in NZ. The guy behind the counter was very efficient about sending an assistant down to Myer to get the shorts in a more appropriate style, which unforunately this time, were too small. He explained to David how the refund could work and looked up the account of his mother to check it all out (Greta that the two countries are linked). He eventually chose a pair fo shoes that we 30% off and because of the account in NZ, he also got a further 10% off.
Right through the transaction the assistant (may have been the manager) was polite, helpful but not overbearing, and did everything he could to assist us to a different purchase.
Thoroughly recommend the store!

My husband David and I had a Living Social deal to this cafe which we used last Sunday morning for breakfast. Cafe Pronto has been around for about 25 years, but has recently been sold to new owners.
The menu for breakfast was awesome... David had Green Eggs and Ham... scrambled eggs with basil pesto and a ham steak on toast... and I had Bacon Cheesecake... delicious quiche like slice with bacon and the texture of cheesecake which was very pleasant with roast veges.
The coffee was superb, at least a quarter froth on top of the Cappuccino and strong, but not too strong.
I thouroughly recommend Cafe Pronto for a meal and hope you enjoy it as much as we did!
Approximate cost: $17
Production line ordering service with amazing food for very reasonable prices.
The staff were friendly and accomodating and organised our big party for us without fluster.
Seating was limited but they were happy for us to move chairs etc.
Great for take away too!
