I phoned on Friday afternoon to book for Saturday Brunch and left a message on the answering machine. Saturday came without hearing from them, so we thought all would be ok. When hubby and I arrived at the requested time and presented ourselves and discount voucher, we were told that they were booked out and did not have our reservation. There were approx 5 people in the cafe that would seat (at a guess) 60!! They had not replied to our message from the previous day because 'it is not our job to check messages' and there was no way they would serve us without a booking. We were treated with such discourtesy, rudeness and lack of any helpfulness that we would not consider going there again and preferred to "do our dough" by not further attempting to redeem the voucher we had paid for.

My husband David and I had a Living Social deal to this cafe which we used last Sunday morning for breakfast. Cafe Pronto has been around for about 25 years, but has recently been sold to new owners.
The menu for breakfast was awesome... David had Green Eggs and Ham... scrambled eggs with basil pesto and a ham steak on toast... and I had Bacon Cheesecake... delicious quiche like slice with bacon and the texture of cheesecake which was very pleasant with roast veges.
The coffee was superb, at least a quarter froth on top of the Cappuccino and strong, but not too strong.
I thouroughly recommend Cafe Pronto for a meal and hope you enjoy it as much as we did!

Hungry and almost lost in Canberra we stumbled upon this cafe. The waitress who took our takeaway order tried to be helpful but had limited English and the cook was drunk and verbally abusive to said waitress. We waited for over half an hour for two basic pasta dishes that were average in quality. While we waited, no tables were cleared (two inside the cafe) and it wasn't a busy night. Another two diners had their order forgotten so they cancelled and left.
If you're desperately hungry, then ok, but I'd seek out something more reliable and pleasant,
