I love going to Reading Cinemas rather than some of the cinemas that are now reserving seats. I do not like this new system as it benefits people that are always late and means that those that are on time don't get the seat preference and have to put up with the late ones interrupting the beginning of movie. I like the loyalty system with Reading which allows you to accumulate points and get discounts on tickets and candy bar.
Very friendly staff and greeted as soon as arriving at desk. The girls are keen to work and provide a friendly service. Air conditioning was out at the time and poor girls were complaining of the heat; but I feel I missed out on the normal service of a pedicure because of this heat. The lady next to me was also having a pedicure; but she was receiving a treatment 10 minutes prior to me; yet I easily finished up 5 minutes before her. Although they had a business card reward system and gave me a card didnt stamp it.
Although I only went once; the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The ensured I completed all questions prior to treating me and also made some recommendations to assist in pain prevention (natural products). I always receive a birthday voucher in the mail offering a reduced massage rate to use within the month of my birthday.
I always use this supplier for all my gardening needs. They have a great manager who is very professional and approachable. Some of these places can be a little unpleasant as some of the male staff can be a little rough and pervy. I only purchase smaller quantities that I can transport in my own vehicle but still I receive a high standard of service and they always are very helpful with the selection process and packing.
Although I did not have a copy of their menu when calling to place a phone order for pick up; the young girl taking order was extremely pleasant and helpful and was able to offer suggestions based on my likes and dislikes. Order was ready quickly and on picking up order although obviously busy were friendly and dealt with all customers quickly but pleasantly. My meal was absolutely delicious.
A great location and open late which is great for those late meal decisions. Staff acknowledge you as soon as you arrive in the store. Preparation is quick. Noodles are absolutely delicious and large menu choice.
No need for an appointment which is great as sometimes planning just doesnt work and to be able to walk in and get the service when you have time is very appealing. All staff are very friendly and always smiling. Once you are sitting down they are careful and thorough. The professionalism of the nail care is of a high standard. Although somethink they need to send people away when they are busy.
A friendly modern feel about the salon. Always welcomed by a lovely staff member on entering. They keep an up to date database; so when I enquire about the beauty products I do not have to remember product lines or colours that I have previously purchased as they have all my details on their computer. They also have a reward system.
Like going into another world with the cottage interior decorating; which creates a warm homely feel. An absolutely heavenly experience. The staff are friendly and welcoming. A quiet place to be pampered without breaking the bank balance.
An excellent experience. Even though they were busy all the staff were friendly and made a point of acknowledging all customers. The Vet was caring and understanding which sometimes can be lost when visiting with a sick pet. They also are interested in hearing how your pet is following your consultation.
