i am not a book an appointment kinda girl but when i need to get my nails done i can usually just walkin any time, the girls are polite and know what they are doing i have had 2 nails come off and they were more than happy to re-do.
Got a refill done here, price was fine, but it was my first after getting gel nails and I didn't know to ask for a gel topcoat at the start. I asked near the end, and was told it was too late. I got exactly what I asked for, and can't complain, but the language barrier was a problem too.
I have visited this salon on a couple of occassions, mainly for pedicures. Professional really do provide great quality service, they are very respectful and take pride in their work. They go to great lengths to make sure that the customer has a relaxing, comfortable experience.

I get a manicure and pedicure from here at least once a month. Even without a booking, they are very efficient, and I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes. The place is very clean (no overwhelming smell of nail polish remover like in some nail salons!), and I'm always pleased with the job they've done.
Very friendly staff and greeted as soon as arriving at desk. The girls are keen to work and provide a friendly service. Air conditioning was out at the time and poor girls were complaining of the heat; but I feel I missed out on the normal service of a pedicure because of this heat. The lady next to me was also having a pedicure; but she was receiving a treatment 10 minutes prior to me; yet I easily finished up 5 minutes before her. Although they had a business card reward system and gave me a card didnt stamp it.
