Got a gel refill and nail art done. Refill was done without any communications and therefore white (french) tips were not refilled and moved down, which meant I had to get them repainted a week later. Gel topcoat had rough spots and bubbles, but being new to gel nails I had to be told this was NOT OK. Taken advantage of and never going back. Should have been warned when I saw no refunds policy on back of menu. Rushed out the door.
It is very rare that I cannot get a manicure or pedicure, when I arrive at this salon without a booking. I usually have a spa pedicure, which is relaxing. The ladies working in the salon do not speak English very well, but they are helpful and friendly, and do a good job.
I go here once a fortnight and never book in advance. The staff are Very friendly and always making sure you are comfortable and happy with the results. The pricing is fair and i love the location as it doesnt tempt me to go shopping afterwards.

No need for an appointment which is great as sometimes planning just doesnt work and to be able to walk in and get the service when you have time is very appealing. All staff are very friendly and always smiling. Once you are sitting down they are careful and thorough. The professionalism of the nail care is of a high standard. Although somethink they need to send people away when they are busy.
you sould ask them bring the white down or tell them what you sould do when the white grow out. its more like you tell them what you want .
