I absolutely adore Forever Young! The team are so understanding and caring and they make you feel so valued, which is highly important for a business like this. The atmosphere is very comfortable and nonjudgmental.

I came to Forever Young initially for waxing (due to another place cancelling me 30min before my appointment!) and they were able to fit me in on very short notice. I was absolutely astonished at the value (it cost me half as much as the other place would have!) and the customer service by such an understanding team! I ended up making a return booking and now come here regularly.

Forever Young also do spa and beauty treatments as well as hair, however I have only had the waxing so can't comment on any of the other services.

They are situated in an old renovated house and some of the facilities are a lot more outdated than those I've seen previously in similar business (e.g. tables, equipment, rooms etc.) however the customer service and outstanding value for money definitely makes it more worthwhile! Just check out some of the prices on their website for a comparison with other places!

They send me a text message the day before each appointment to make sure I don't forget which I find very helpful. They have also always accommodated to my needs (e.g. when I get called into work) and try their hardest to reschedule when it's most suitable for me.

The team at Forever Young have always made me feel welcomed, valued and not judged (which is how I felt at some other similar places) and that is very important to me, plus the value for money is also a big bonus! This is why I will always keep coming back.

I took some boots to get repaired here recently and had an overall good experience with the service. The salesperson was very friendly and willing to help which was outstanding. I ended up paying approx $15 for a zipper fix which was a little more than I thought, however the finished product and great service made up for it and I was more than happy to pay :)
I came in late one day (about 4:30) and was able to pick up the boots the next day.

Will definitely go back to this store in future when I need any shoe repairs due to the great customer service and quality craftsmanship.

Outstanding boarding retreat, set in a beautiful and serene part of the world! Our dog Kody absolutely loves going to Beck's! The attention that the staff pay to Kody is incredible, and we could not have hoped for anything more. He gets so well looked after and always comes home satisfied and tired (because of playing with his buddies so much!).

At Beck's Boarding Retreat Kody gets treated so well and looked after, even if he doesn't listen all the time! They bathe him and make him look so spunky!

Both my husband and I are incredibly grateful for the care and attention Kody gets when he's on holidays at Beck's. We are very appreciative of the high quality service you provide!

My mum and I visited Ceasar's Hands for her birthday to get a hair cut as a special treat... and it was by far an outstanding special treat! Chez gave us so much attention (nearly 4hrs to be exact!) and the result of mum's haircut and style was so gorgeous that she had tears in her eyes.

Ceasar's Hands is not an ordinary hairdresser - you will be met with a comfy and cozy atmosphere where you are made to feel welcome and part of the family. You are instantly adorned with special care and commitment to your needs. Chez is so intelligent and knowledgeable about the science behind hair and provides you with holistic and detailed information about how your hair works in different conditions, what happens when you wash/condition it, the dynamics of curly hair/straight hair, brushing manner etc. You will most certainly learn something new about yourself and your health, I guarantee it!

My mum's hair was gorgeous, and we are so grateful for the time and care that was taken to get it to that point. Her hair was thick and curly and very damaged, and yet Chez took so much time out of his day to educate us and show us how to make it healthy again. The result was so unexpected that my mum teared up and said she hadn't seen this hair for a very long time! Neither of us had ever seen anything like this before because Chez is so passionate about his work and it shows through his skills and the amazing outcomes.

You will be amazed, just as we both were, at the care, attention and information you will be given. Mum is going to book another appointment to colour her hair, and I will make an appointment to have it cut, and we will keep going back. If you value your health and the quality of service that you receive, then you will most certainly not regret going to Ceasar's Hands, the reviews and positive recommendations say it all!
