Paul is one in a million. He came to survey my home, to see what course of action I should take with regard to the storage of firewood, and the potential for termite issues. After he had given his expert advice, I expect that he would recommend to have some kind of pest repellent sprayed, but instead he explained that the wood pile need only be moved in a more appropriate spot, so as to avoid termites affecting the house. Paul did not charge me for his short but informative service call -- what a refreshing change for an expert to impart sound advice, rather than pushing a product! Should I be needing a trustworthy pest-management service in the future, I will no doubt be in touch with Paul -- he is a professional and an all-round gentleman.
