Alpha Pest Management

I am based in Melbourne. I read the good reviews and booked in a service call for wasp removal with a company called Alpha Pest Control thinking it was the same business. It seems many other customers may have also been confused. Alpha Pest Control based in Melbourne with contact no 0480090776 is a dodgy business - DO NOT confuse with this business. I booked a wasp removal service and they asked for more than what was quoted. When refused, they said the GST was not included in the quote (is that even legal??). They didn’t even do the job properly as the wasp hive was not removed/killed off and I had to pay another business to resolve it. Apparently I was scammed and it happens frequently.

We have been using alpha pest management for several years because I know that the service will be of a high quality and professional. Paul tells us what he is doing and why. He is friendly, courteous, always on time and takes his time to advise and make recommendations when he comes to the home. Paul notices situations that could become a problem and advises !!! I would always recommend this company if you want a proper job done

Paul is one in a million. He came to survey my home, to see what course of action I should take with regard to the storage of firewood, and the potential for termite issues. After he had given his expert advice, I expect that he would recommend to have some kind of pest repellent sprayed, but instead he explained that the wood pile need only be moved in a more appropriate spot, so as to avoid termites affecting the house. Paul did not charge me for his short but informative service call -- what a refreshing change for an expert to impart sound advice, rather than pushing a product! Should I be needing a trustworthy pest-management service in the future, I will no doubt be in touch with Paul -- he is a professional and an all-round gentleman. Can't recommend his service highly enough!

Quick and efficient and a fair price. I had had a long search for someone to secure my solar panels against pigeons nesting and Paul did the job. He explained the type of materials used for netting and the method which doesn't interfere with the panels and can be removed if necessary. Very happy but sorry for the pigeons which are wandering around quite bewildered
