I have engaged Colin at Hamley's on three occasions in the past few months to provide building and pest inspections and reports. On each occasion he has been very quick to respond, great to communicate with and produced very concise and accurate reporting. Hamley's are very clear upfront as to what is, and is not, included in the inspections. I have had follow up from both Colin and Tash and have been thoroughly satisfied with their professional and friendly service and attention to detail.
