My Backstory:
Hashimoto's diagnosis as a late teen.
LOTS of doctors and specialist visits, constantly outlaying money and always for the same response with almost always no or very little advice.
No matter how sick you become, doctors and specialists will essentially shrug their shoulders and say we'll deal with it when you "crash."
That "crash" has long term effects (heart disease, organ failure, etc).

Recently I stumbled across Kirsty.
My one regret is not finding her sooner, the last five years would of been so much easier.
The biggest difference is Kirsty actually CARES. Your health is her biggest priority, not only physically but mentally too.
Kirsty LISTENS. She takes the most thorough history, learns every little factor that contributes to the bigger picture.
