I have found Kirsty to be very helpful and supportive. After listening to my story, symptoms and experiences around my digestive discomfort, she mapped out a plan for me to follow. She has been able to explain things to me in a language i can understand, something Doctors i have seen in the past have not been able to do. I have experienced some very positive results so far from making the changes she had suggested.

I went to see Kirsty, who went through my history extremely comprehensively. She listened to my personal circumstances, and then tailored a plan to address my particular issues, rather than attempting to make my issues fit a predetermined framework. The plan was practical, and achievable, and didn't require unattainable modifications to my lifestyle.

Her recommendations completely resolved my contact dermatitis within a couple of weeks. In fact, the supplements she prescribed cleared contact dermatitis on my arm within 48 hours, and then after a few weeks, the rest of it, on other parts of my body, had also improved.

My Backstory:
Hashimoto's diagnosis as a late teen.
LOTS of doctors and specialist visits, constantly outlaying money and always for the same response with almost always no or very little advice.
No matter how sick you become, doctors and specialists will essentially shrug their shoulders and say we'll deal with it when you "crash."
That "crash" has long term effects (heart disease, organ failure, etc).

Recently I stumbled across Kirsty.
My one regret is not finding her sooner, the last five years would of been so much easier.
The biggest difference is Kirsty actually CARES. Your health is her biggest priority, not only physically but mentally too.
Kirsty LISTENS. She takes the most thorough history, learns every little factor that contributes to the bigger picture.
I feel so safe with Kirsty, she cares about my quality of life.
She's tweaked my diet in the most easiest ways possible (working around shift work), my sleep is slowly improving with her techniques and amazing use of NATURAL herbs.
I'm only five weeks into my new regime and I'm the most positive I've been since my diagnosis. I can see real changes and now I'm more hopeful for a healthier future than what was previously before me.

Kirsty has hugely helped me make a shift in my mood and my gut by creating a treatment plan that is personalised to my lifestyle and supports my current situation. When I went to see her for the first time there was no rush, she took the time to ask about the different areas of my life and was very attentive to my story. I did my home work and took the herbs that she prescribed twice a day and after just a month, there was significant improvement in my mood, my period was back to normal, I wasn't feeling overwhelmed or anxious anymore and no more bloating plus my libido was suddenly up(bonus).
