Went there for a going away party. Drinks way too over priced. Will not go there again anytime soon!

For dong very little you can accumulate points which allow you to bid on things or cash the points in. They have some fun games on there as well. The really good thing is the site is very family friendly and easy to move around.

Beautiful setting but way over priced. The only thing cheap was the service or lack there of. I won't be retuning there again even if someone pays. I will be spending my hard earned in places I feel are value for money.

A bit too expensive. I have bought books there and they do have a good range but otherplaces are cheaper. I still got here regularly hoping to pick up a good deal. Customer service is very good also.

Yes finally a place to tell people about the different businesses I deal with - the good, the bad & definitely the ugly. There are diverse opinions and in all cases the difference between a good and bad experience in a lot of cases seems to be customer service. It's a pity a lot more businesses aren't on here.

Wonderful company. Way better than Telstra to deal with on a personal and business level. Great customer service and have had no problems at all. I have recommended these guys to other people. Have all phones and internet services with them.

Great little shop. They have that old fashioned customer service approach. Very helpful and offered some alternative suggestions to what I was after. Parking next to the shop made it very convenient.

Way too expensive. Only went there for going away drinks and after two drinks was luck to have change of out $20.00 - never again. The staff were rude and showed no interest in service. They all need to go to a place and learn what good service is. I can't see this business being a long term fixture in Cairns.

A fairly good range available and reasonably priced. Staff service is efficient and freidnly. They also know their stuff which helped me with what I was afetr.

Great service. Booking process is easy, finding accommodation is easy and a great range. A great place to find accommodation and so many choices for different properties.
