after a neighbour reported our cat was attacked by a dog, they were extremely fast to pick him up by vet ambulance, make him comfortable, inform us entirely of everything that was going on and with regular updates. Very caring and professional staff. Also was expecting vet bill to be more than what it was so am extremely happy with the cost and time they have put in to caring for him. couldnt be happier :)
great food, fantastic staff, relaxing atmosphere and reasonably priced. will definitely keep going back.....brilliant for both dining in and take away orders......highly recommend :)
went there for a meal with friends.....the food came out within 5 mins of ordering and out of the 3 of us none of us enjoyed our meals.....i dont think my roast was even a roast! it was grey in colour "after wiping the gravy off" and didnt taste anything like i would have expected. none of us are fussy eaters but we expect a bit better that what we received.......will not be returning
after finding a dvd recorder with the display model only in view, the assistant spent 20 mins checking the back for us sure that she had more in stock....even after us saying half way through not to worry about it, figuring they'd run out and we were wasting her time. she insisted she'd keep looking and sure enough she found it! extremely helpful assistant and truly appreciated!
good for sale items otherwise a little dear. customer service reasonable as expected but could be improved
great prices, great store set up, friendly and helpful staff. will generally shop here for what im after due to the customer service and great prices before checking out the other department stores
good customer service, good set out store, lots of variety and stock a lot of on sale products... meaning if you don't get there at the start of the sale you will often be able to pick up the sale items well into the following week!
great for listening to music, watching funny videos and basically overall fantastic and free entertainment!
ofen sold out of specials which is a bit dissapointing, otherwise the customer service is pretty good and do stock a wide range.
great range of clothes, fantastic prices and large store with a big range to choose from. staff not overly enthusiastic at times ive shopped there, but but great range of stock with excellent prices kind of makes up for it.
