I purchased a park of toothbrushes, when I got to check out they scanned more than the price ticket on rack, i complained, of course. When they did price check I followed the employee, doing the price check, to my anger, he changed the price on rack to the higher price, & took a screen shot of it.
No under 9 or 12 items counter any more waited for ages with only one item while customer in front of me had dozens on dozens of items. Not good customer service
Only one register open serving customers, while self service is slow and tedious
I went to Coles Marion today to buy a bottle of cold water as it has been a hot day, do you think that there was any of the pump brand water in the fridge? No, they were sitting on top of the fridge, meanwhile the smaller bottles were in the fridge, how sill is that?
Did our supermarket shopping at this Coles and found that the store has been upgraded and really enjoyed having a large range of products available. Big adventure actually. Staff friendly and willing to help too.
Well stocked supermarket with plenty of good specials. Generally a fairly busy supermarket especially around centre closing times, when staff get off work (best to avoid doing a quick in and out shop at these times) Things that are not on special can be a bit expensive compared to supermarkets in the suburbs so I also try and avoid doing any of my main bulk grocery shopping here. Staff are also usually quite busy and sometimes it`s hard to find customer assistance. Over all, busy store so can not complain.
The shelves are all set and marked very clearly, have a huge range to choose from and laways have what I want. The service is great as well. They have self serve check out as well which makes it great when there is a que at the checkouts.

Well stocked, easy to find everything and they have self serve checkouts too. it always seems much less chaotic then the other supermarkets in the area .

Prices are very good and the staff are always helpful, willing to help out any way they can. Always have fresh stock in
since they have done the upgrade. i hate this place the old place was close to home and small easy for me with a disability to get around. now , they have made it so big its impossible to walk around . it has only one checkout open with one girl and we were all lined up to wait for her. if you dont like it you can use the self serve things. i never use that it is too scary for me. i will not ever use this place again. from now on im going down to the Woolworth at gelnelg it is heaps betert

often shop at coles they are friendlly people there prices are not bad and are very helpful if you cant fine anythink
ofen sold out of specials which is a bit dissapointing, otherwise the customer service is pretty good and do stock a wide range.
This I a large coles, with plenty of space to move around... which is impossible for people in wheelchairs, I just find it easier to use than woolies, they have really thought about their layout.
To me, Coles is Coles in terms of the products, range etc. But was very disappointed with the service, they only had a couple of aisles open and it was extremely busy. It is just too slow sometimes.
the marion store offers a wide variety of products in each department. The meat section is huge, they have a large dairy section with good in store special. They have alot of mark down items also. The service is good as they have alot of checkouts open.
i like the fact that coles are a big business that dont tax on womens items (i.e.: sanity products) i think the is very kind and more businesses should implement this practice
a smaller coles store hasnt got the great selection as the larger coles stores sometimes have sold out of the weekly specials staff can be hit or miss some are pleasant and friendly others can be rude
