John was able to ask questions and diagnose a power supply issue over the phone. Saved us the call out fee for something only the power supplier could fix. Thank you for your honesty & help!
There was water coming through the driveway from underground pipes. Water authority looked and said it would be a big job for detection and cutting up concrete, etc. Andrew came, looked around, identified and fixed the source of leak without special equipment, excavation or anything in less than 30 minutes. Explains and checks everything. Honest & very helpful. Would use him again, and highly recommend him to others.
