I was really impressed. The stock levels were great, The range was far the best ive seen and when not quite sure what i wanted he spent the time helping me. Fanastic in every way.

look the products are great but price wise arrrkkk, they charge over the top prices and postage. Why bother. If they keep the price competitive then ok. I did send an email asking if they price match and i got a response that prices are the prices stated.

I found Shannons service great, here i am a female with an unusual car and when i went thru specs they understood and helped me out. Im not a rev head but i love my car and spend alot on little things and they got that. I wouldnt go anywhere else

Ive been a Petstock customer at a different store for years. So i know the prices. I found Pakenham expensive and to be honest the to staff lacked knowlegdge. I walked in wanting to buy numerous items of high dollar value and i wanted to negoatitate of course. The 2 young girls wouldnt budge. Fish had no gravel, planets were dead. Store was uninviting.

Wow talk about a shop with the lot. Just what i was looking for. So friendly and inviting when i walked in, i felt like i wanted to stay all day. It was great to chat as well without the pressure of having to make a purchase

Its not what all the hype is about, average room, expensive prices, condition not as i would have thought, perhaps you need to be in a suite to expect better. Would have been cheaper and more comfortable to stay at home

THE BEST POST OFFICE IN THE WHOLE OF AUSTRALIA, love them love them, service A+ they scan in every item and they care. They take the time to say hi and help you work out what you need. And i love the dog comes out for a pat, its a family business and love them

You know i wasnt impressed, went in looking for wheel nuts for my car, i wanted ones similar to lock nut but every wheel. Ive got 19" holden blah blah , look cars outside, no love here this what you need $99.99 no thats not right ive seen them down the road for way less, treated me like a stupid woman, not impressed at all.

Oh this place is to die for, we often go on a sunday afternoon with family. We sit and relax. So pleasant and calm, you can sit relax and relax. No rush, no fuss. its real country living
