This review is based on my personal experience with Soccajoeys Macarthur. Parents please ensure that your child likes the sport and likes to be coached. There are no trial classes offered, which may make you regret if you pay for the entire term and your child doesn't have fun. I paid for the entire term and tried to get my child to the classes so that he has fun. He loves kicking the ball. But probably, he did not enjoy the sport when there were coaches. The coaches at Soccajoeys just do the training for the 1 hour. I approached Soccajoeys for options and they advised to attend another class and I believed that one of the coaches would try to understand my child's needs and be able to engage him. Unfortunately, that did not happen. So after further request, they offered partial refund which was not even for the left over classes. They paid half of what they should have refunded for the future classes that will not be attended. So you end up paying for the term + uniform and bottle + extra $6 admin fees while enrolling and you don't even get a fair refund. This was quite disappointing as they have not been fair in dealing with any customer feedback. Just to add, they would respond within 1 hour when you are a new customer. But they would take days and reminders to respond to, when you have issues.

Very Unprofessional. Would never recommend. I had arranged for Cooltrix to provide a quotation for a new installation and replacement of our existing air conditioner. The date and time were scheduled for Saturday 2 PM. However, no one arrived at the said time. We waited and followed-up with the person, he said that he had forgotten about the appointment and said that he would call back. We cancelled our further commitments and stayed back home. But we never received a call. We followed up again after 2 hours, and received a very negative response that he is very busy and will call back when he has time. He has never called back...
