Nathan did a great job once he got here. He was courteous, friendly, helpful, thorough and professional and he actually cleaned up the mess and took it away. Most don't. Jesus bless you Nathan.

Twice this post office forgot to inform me of a parcel of live plants, until nearly a week after they had arrived. Some died so I lost money. The manager was neither polite nor helpful and took no responsibility. This time I rang aus post main office. They were helpful. Dont expect help from the werribee manager if the post office is at fault. Lesley
