First WOMO has my name as Kassy.
My name is Lesley and there is nowhere to change it.
Not happy.
Twice this post office forgot to inform me of a parcel of live plants, until nearly a week after they had arrived. Some died so I lost money. The manager was neither polite nor helpful and took no responsibility. This time I rang aus post main office. They were helpful. Dont expect help from the werribee manager if the post office is at fault. Lesley
I use it most days for mail delivery, paying bills etc They can be very busy but seem to keep the place moving, I have not had much to complain about over the many years I have used them

I wish they could open on weekends
I run my own business and like most people, work Monday to Friday and quite often work long hours.
Why oh why doesn't this Australia Post Branch open on a Saturday Morning?
