Always mediocre now graduated to terrible.
Been here before and thought the place was overpriced and average.
Regardless a tempting email lured me in.
The venue is excellent as it was a bank. Think wooded panels and stained glass. Very much Art Deco.
The food was only good (however the pork chop was excellent and huge)
The experience was tottally ruined by inefficient serving staff. Courses were mis-delivered for every course

When to this business for a simple issue.
My PC start button was not working. Other companies advised I replace the whole casing @ $600!!!!!!!!!!. This didn't seem quite right to me. I mean the casing is about 3 years old.
Well, Ken fixed the problem for a mere $130. Plus he cleaned the guts of the PC and solved a few other issues.
I cannot rate Ken enough, he's honest and through. And happy to give advise.

Service was prompt and courteous. Having said that I do not expect the server to be wearing a food infested apron.
Whilst my Goat tagine was excellent my wife's Fish of the Day was undercooked and raw in the middle

Took my trusty scooter for my 18500km service. This is a major service which is quite pricey {$580) but nevertheless you got to do it. Hate breakdowns! Ben was courteous and a great communicator. Ordered the required parts which took a couple of weeks (faster than I thought it would be infact) .
The guys did a great job. All done in a day and the Yamaha Scooter runs perfectly now

Recently decided to change my health insurer
What a nightmare, As if the debacle with my tax statements wasn't enough.
It took 7 weeks for my transfer certificate to arrive and had to beg for it. Their call centre is obviously poorly staffed as it takes ages to take to a human
We had a heavy stained single mattress,smelt and looked.
Scott arrived on time and was meticulous. Pleasant guy and certainly knew his stuff
Highly recommended
