I’ve owned my couch for 8 years and had it professionally cleaned twice before by someone else. At the time I was happy with the job.

Today Scott cleaned my couch and it has never looked some fresh and clean ever since I bought it which makes me appreciate the a world class couch clean V a good one that seems sufficient at the time.

He communicated clearly throughout the process, keeping me informed every step of the way. The job was done thoroughly, and the space was left spotless—he really went above and beyond to make sure everything was clean and tidy. Scott was also very accommodating with scheduling, which made the whole experience stress-free. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone in need of mould removal!

We were delighted with the outcomes Scott produced with our 2 bathrooms and dining room chairs. The stains were removed from our chair fabric and they are now like new. Tiles came out very clean. I had not realized they had slightly changed colour but really noticed it after the clean.
Shall be changing my cleaning from a steamer to a microfibre mop now.
I am not sure the grout changed much but that may be my grout lines.

Scott was prompt and explained all the steps involved with the cleaning of our 17-year-old lounge and dining suite. He spent a number of hours thoroughly going over areas that were particularly soiled more than once and the result was amazing. I will certainly be calling on Benson's and Scott again.
